This is a key role for someone who wants to combine operational presence with strategic responsibility and long-term development. About the role As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for production at Björbo. You lead the operation with focus on safety, production, personnel, economics, and development and are a natural link between market, production, and management. You work closely with operations day-to-day, while driving improvement initiatives, change, and future investments. The factory is embarking on a development journey where modernization, structure, and clear leadership are central – and here you will play a decisive role. This is a position for someone who wants to take ownership, create stability, and build for the future. Your responsibilities: · Overall responsibility for production at the Björbo factory · Lead, coach, and develop employees and supervisors · Ensure efficient flows between production, customer orders, and delivery · Drive improvement initiatives within safety, quality, work environment, and efficiency · Manage budget, follow-up, and key financial metrics · Plan and lead investments and modernization of the factory Who we're looking for We are seeking a confident, clear, and present leader with experience from production-oriented operations. You are organized, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create engagement even during change.
