Cellcomb develops and manufactures high-quality cellulose-based products for medical technology, healthcare, and the food industry, among others. Cellcomb is part of a group together with sister company Fatex Oy in Finland. The group has a turnover of approximately 300 MSEK and about 85 employees. Cellcomb in Säffle has a turnover of approximately 150 MSEK and 45 employees. About the Position As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for ensuring competitive, efficient, and sustainable production. You lead an organization of approximately 30 employees through production managers and specialist functions, and report directly to the CEO. You are responsible for ensuring that operations meet high standards within quality, delivery, work environment, environment, hygiene, and profitability. Through engaged leadership, you create the conditions for continuous improvements and a production that develops in line with operational needs. Cellcomb continuously works with automation, new production technology, and digitalization to strengthen competitiveness. You will therefore be an important driving force in their continued development journey. The role is part of the company's management team and entails both strategic and operational responsibility. As Production Manager, you get a key role in a growing industrial company with short decision paths and high ambition levels. Responsibilities In the role, you will, among other things, be responsible for: Leading and developing production, maintenance, technology, logistics, and warehouse operations. Responsible for production and capacity planning and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Coaching and developing production managers and employees. Driving improvement initiatives, efficiency measures, and development of production methods. Ensuring high quality, delivery precision, and cost-effective production. Responsible for budget, results, and production costs. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, GMP, ISO standards, and other certifications. Responsible for work environment, fire safety, and site responsibility for the facility. Participating in the company's HR work and collaborating with labor organizations. Ensuring maintenance, investments, and development of machinery and production equipment. Building good collaborations with internal functions, customers, suppliers, and external partners. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to combine strategic work with presence in day-to-day operations. We would like to see that you have: Post-secondary education with technical orientation Many years of experience in a leading position within manufacturing industry Documented experience in production technology, production development, and efficiency improvement work Experience in certified environments, such as ISO, BRC, FSSC, or similar Good IT skills in business and production planning systems Experience working with automation and modern production technology is a merit Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Take the chance to become part of Cellcomb's continued development journey!
