We are now looking for a Production Manager for the Central Warehouse in Svappavaara. As Production Manager, you work closely with operations where you lead and develop work methods and processes. You are an important link in the chain to drive the business forward in an efficient and profitable manner. You put safety first and contribute to a good work environment by being a role model. With good leadership qualities and strong commitment to the company and operations, you successfully balance the development of both people and production. You report to the Section Manager and are part of the management team. What You Bring We are looking for someone who is structured and takes responsibility for your work, while collaborating well with others and contributing to good team spirit. You have strong internal drive and take initiative for improvements, while also being attentive and building trust in your relationships. You have an interest in leadership issues and want to develop in a role where you get the opportunity to grow as a leader over time. Together, these qualities create a stable foundation for leading and developing the Central Warehouse's operations.
