About the Role
In your new role as Production Manager, you are responsible for implementing and developing the production we conduct at Naverviken.
As a people manager, you will be an important part of our production where you will have overall responsibility for daily production and actively work to develop operations for better quality and efficiency.
You will have personnel responsibility for 20 employees where you will coach and develop the team and through your work maintain a good work environment.
As Production Manager, you will be a significant person in the management team where you participate in the company's strategic development and contribute to long-term and strategic decisions.
Your Responsibilities:
As Production Manager, you will, among other things:
· Lead the organization forward by planning, implementing, and following up on our projects that meet customer expectations
· Follow up and support project managers in various decisions during planning
· Create a culture where we collaborate and discuss to achieve the best possible results
· Actively create a good and safe work environment
· Conduct development conversations
· Follow up on production key metrics
We are looking for you who is a confident and clear leader. Where you create structure and build trust toward common work goals.
· That you have experience leading production within manufacturing industry work and personnel responsibility
· Good communication skills and experience leading and creating clarity in the organization
· A responsive leader who creates engagement, develops your employees, and contributes to a positive company culture
· You have experience with improvement work, for example Lean, 5S, standardized working methods, or similar

Work Hours
Monday – Thursday 06:45-16:00
Friday 06:45-13:00
