On behalf of our client, we are seeking someone with several years of experience in industrial electronics who is ready for the next step in their career, where you can utilize your technical expertise. Here you use your practical experience to create efficient production documentation, support manufacturing, and contribute to the development of tomorrow's technically advanced products. Welcome with your application!
About the Position
As an Electrical Production Planner at our client, you work in both new build and modification projects where you are responsible for converting design documentation into complete and quality-assured production documentation for electrical installations and cabling.
You ensure that drawings, bill of materials, and work instructions are correct and complete, and you develop work orders and production methods that create favorable conditions for efficient manufacturing. When production starts, you function as technical support and help solve issues that arise along the way.
In the role, you work closely with designers, procurement, production, and other planners. You participate in design reviews, follow up on material issues, and actively contribute to improvement initiatives within production and industrialization. The role offers a varied day where you can combine technical knowledge with collaboration and problem-solving.
This is an opportunity for you who has several years of experience in electrical installation, industrial electronics, or electrical production within, for example, industry, marine operations, energy, or other manufacturing industry. Perhaps you work today as an industrial electrician or installation electrician and want to take the step toward a more technical and planning role where you still have close connection to production.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has post-secondary education in electrical, technical, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Has good experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
- Has experience with technical documentation and production documentation.
- Has good computer skills and experience with business or PDM systems.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is not necessary, but advantageous if you have:
- Experience in production planning or production technical work.
- Experience from marine industry, defense industry, or other complex manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of cabling, electrical installations, or power supply systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or project work in cross-functional teams.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. To thrive in the role, we believe you are structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented. You have an analytical working approach and appreciate collaborating with different technical functions to find the best solutions. At the same time, you thrive in a role where you can use your practical experience to create efficient production flows and contribute to well-functioning manufacturing.
