About the Role As a production planner with us, you'll have a central role between customers, production, and suppliers. You work to create clear and effective production documentation while ensuring that the right materials are in place when needed. You receive customer orders via email, register them in Monitor, and are responsible for preparing production orders based on drawings, technical data sheets, and customer specifications. Initially, you'll primarily work with simpler preparations and have the opportunity to gradually learn our working methods, processes, and customer requirements. As you become more confident in the role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and take on more advanced preparations and technical documentation. You'll have regular contact with our customers to clarify documentation, requirements, and delivery expectations. The role also includes procurement-related tasks, such as ordering materials, following up on deliveries, and contacting our suppliers. You'll therefore be involved in the entire workflow—from customer order and production planning to ensuring that production has the right conditions to deliver according to customer requirements. You're also responsible for handling and following up on deviations with our suppliers. The work takes place in close collaboration with our existing production planner, our production scheduler, and other production functions. This role suits you if you enjoy bringing multiple parts together, communicating with both customers and suppliers, and creating structure in a production-oriented workflow. Knowledge of paint types, surface treatment, and coating processes from an administrative perspective is a merit. We'd like to see that you understand technical data sheets, painting instructions, or specifications related to production. Experience with procurement, supplier contacts, or material planning is also a merit, but not a requirement. About You We're looking for someone who is thorough, solution-oriented, and interested in learning everything about industrial paints and masking drawings. You enjoy having order and structure, understand that people are different, and therefore find it easy to collaborate. About Us Since November 2023, we've been called Råda Coating AB, formerly Prestanda Lacktjänst. From May 2021, Råda Coating AB is a subsidiary of Råda Industries AB. Råda Coating AB is located in Ödsmål and together with our currently 30 employees, we specialize in wet coating, masking, assembly & blasting. Our customers are in various industries such as medical technology, defense industry, marine industry, and machine shop industry. We like to work agile, we're fast and open to change but we always keep production in focus. For us, every job is important and the more difficult it is, the better we like it. Today we have 8 spacious spray booths equipped in different ways, ovens for baking elements up to 12 meters long, various types of spraying equipment such as pumps and pressure tanks, as well as electrostatic equipment. The facility also has a blast room with free-jet blasting equipment and blast cabinets with screens for small parts. Complete grinding room with equipment. Masking and assembly department with masking plotter, laser engraving, and salt chamber. Our goal for moving forward is satisfied customers and skilled employees who feel good.
