Job Description We are now looking for a committed and safety-conscious production worker for our client. In this central role, you will be the hub of our daily operations and work closely with material flow. Your main responsibilities include: Logistics & Machinery: Unloading and loading trucks and sea containers with a wheel loader. Quality Assurance: Sorting and classifying iron and metals as well as receiving inspections of incoming material. Customer Service: Meet and guide private customers in their matters and ensure smooth material handling. Maintenance: Ongoing supervision and simple servicing of machinery as well as cleaning according to routine. Safety: Conduct self-inspections and risk assessments and report incidents. Teamwork: Support colleagues as needed and actively contribute with improvement suggestions in daily work. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is a problem-solver with the ability to quickly switch between different work tasks. You are confident, have an easy time collaborating, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the workplace. Since safety always comes first with us, we see that you work methodically and responsibly. Qualifications (Requirements): Valid wheel loader license (A or B license) and documented experience operating a wheel loader. High school diploma. Experience conducting risk assessments in the workplace. B driver's license (manual transmission). Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
