Production and Quality Coordinator

About the Company Baklavafabriken Sweden AB is a Swedish food producer and part of Krosh Group. We produce and develop products under the brand Baklavafabriken and our new premium brand Kaiwan Ramzi, with a focus on quality and continued growth in retail distribution. About the Position As a Production and Quality Coordinator, you will have a broad and varied role with responsibility for maintaining the daily flow from customer orders to finished delivery. You will work closely with the Production Manager and company leadership, and after an introduction period, you will independently plan, drive, and follow up on your areas of responsibility. We are a smaller, entrepreneurial company with short decision-making paths. This means you will work across multiple parts of the business and gain a good overview of the entire process. Your main areas of responsibility are: Order handling and production planning Inventory tracking, batch management, and traceability Planning and coordination of transport and deliveries Quality work and food safety HACCP, IP certification, and associated documentation Monitoring of procedures, deviations, and quality requirements Customer Order → Production Planning → Production → Batch & Traceability → Quality → Transport → Delivery Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, meticulous, and responsible. You thrive in a varied role, can prioritize between different tasks, and enjoy creating order and structure. You are self-driven and have the ability to see what needs to be done and follow the work all the way through to completion. Experience and Knowledge We would like you to have experience in some of the following areas: Food production Production planning, orders, inventory, or logistics Batch management and traceability HACCP and food safety Quality work and certifications Experience with IP Food or similar certification work is a merit. You also need to have: Strong computer skills Good proficiency in Swedish Good proficiency in English We value your ability to quickly learn new areas, create structure, and take responsibility for the whole, rather than having specialist expertise in all parts of the role.
