Organic Chemist / Student in Organic Chemistry for Production and Development Scope: Part-time, approximately 50–80% (with excellent opportunities for extension and increased hours) Location: Lund About the Position We are now seeking an engaged and meticulous organic chemist or organic chemistry student to join our team in Lund. This is a part-time position (approximately 50–80%) with great flexibility, making it ideal to adapt to operational needs or combine with studies. The role is perfect for you if you enjoy varied work where you can combine practical production work and routine laboratory tasks with exciting development projects. Your Responsibilities Your main responsibilities consist of producing chemical products according to established procedures and quality standards. You are responsible for maintaining good order and structure in the laboratory. Depending on operational needs and current projects, you will also work with organic chemical synthesis, which includes elements of applied research, product and process development, and optimization. Main Responsibilities: Production & Organic Synthesis: Plan and execute production and organic synthesis according to established methods. Documentation: Carefully document processes, methods, and research results. Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain order, cleanliness, and ongoing care of the laboratory. Logistics & Administration: Handle packaging and prepare products for delivery to customers. R&D Projects: Actively participate in research and development projects for new and existing products. Safety: Ensure that all work is conducted in strict compliance with applicable safety and quality regulations. We Are Looking for You If You: Have completed or are pursuing higher education or university studies in organic chemistry. Have practical experience working in a laboratory or chemical production environment. Are meticulous, organized, and have a very high safety mindset. Enjoy working independently and taking personal responsibility for your processes. Speak and write English fluently, with preferably good knowledge of Swedish.
