Do you have experience managing products, systems and digital services in a complex IT environment? Do you want to help develop solutions that contribute to an efficient and modern court system? Then you might be the one we are looking for. What does the work involve? As a product manager in the IT department, you will be part of a team with several experienced product managers. Together you are responsible for management, support and further development of central digital services and platforms used throughout the organization. The role is about ensuring that our services are stable, secure and fit for purpose – both today and in the future. The team delivers and manages services within digital workplace, meeting and collaboration platforms, support solutions, AI support and other important IT areas. An important part of the work is to act as a bridge between operations, technology and suppliers — both in day-to-day management and in changes, troubleshooting, improvements and lifecycle management. Examples of work tasks Handle and analyze support requests within the team's service areas. Be the contact person with suppliers for incidents, problems, orders and changes. Ensure that services are available, secure and up to date. Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem solving. Contribute to improvements, automation and efficiency enhancements of the services. Manage documentation, procedures and knowledge articles. Support operations in the use, changes and implementation of new features. Participate in lifecycle planning, upgrades, decommissioning or transition to new solutions. Ensure that services comply with internal requirements for security, compliance and information management. Who are we looking for? We are looking for 1-2 colleagues who have a couple of years of documented work experience with system and product management in larger IT environments. You thrive in a role where you serve as a link between operations, IT and external suppliers, and you have a clear service perspective in everything you do. You can meet both technicians and operations representatives in a trustworthy manner and have a talent for collaboration. You are analytical and methodical, with the ability to troubleshoot and understand problems in complex environments where multiple systems, suppliers and dependencies interact. You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for driving tasks from identified need to implemented and documented solution. Since we are facing several exciting changes, we are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn and motivated by developing yourself and taking on new challenges. Remote work can be agreed upon up to two days per week and will be determined with your immediate supervisor.
