We are now seeking a temporary Product Manager with people management responsibility for Targeted Marketing at ICA Reklam. In this role, you will combine business responsibility, product development, and leadership in an operation that reaches millions of customers every week through data-driven and relevant communication.
As Product Manager, you will lead a team of product developers and specialists and have overall responsibility for developing, managing, and further advancing ICA's offerings within Targeted Marketing.
Targeted Marketing is a central part of ICA's customer communication and includes CRM, Marketing Automation, customer segmentation, and personalized communication across digital and analog channels.
In this role, you will work closely with customer teams, business stakeholders, IT, analytics functions, and other product areas to ensure that our solutions create value for both customers and the business.
Your areas of responsibility
Lead and develop the team through clear goals, priorities, and coaching in daily operations.
Own business performance, profitability, roadmap, and long-term development.
Prioritize, drive, and follow up on development initiatives from idea to implementation.
Own budget, business rules, KPIs, and financial tracking.
Build strong collaborations with customer teams, business development roles within ICA, other product areas, IT, analytics functions, and external partners.
Own learning and coaching for customer teams regarding products and services, CRM strategy, and the business area's profitability.
We are looking for you who
Have relevant higher education in marketing, economics, or equivalent.
Have experience in product management, business development, or service development within marketing, CRM, media, or related areas.
Have a solid understanding of Targeted Marketing/CRM, digital marketing, customer journeys, personalization, and customer communication.
Have experience leading employees or larger cross-functional teams.
Are business-minded and customer-oriented, and can act strategically, tactically, and operationally.
