Do you want to help shape the future machinery fleet at one of Sweden's leading equipment rental companies? Ramirent is now seeking a Product Manager for Lifts & Equipment – a key role where you will have overall responsibility for development, optimization, and profitability within one of our customer's most business-critical product areas. As a product manager, you hold strategic and operational responsibility for our customer's product offering in lifts and construction equipment in Sweden. You ensure that the machinery fleet is properly sized, properly composed, and maximized for profitability, both today and in the long term. You work at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, and play a central role in developing a competitive and sustainable offering to our customers. Responsibility for assortment and technical content Overall technical responsibility for the product area Develop and optimize the assortment based on market needs Monitor the external environment and identify new solutions and trends Responsibility for investments and profitability Responsible for calculations and decision-making support related to investment, utilization rates, price levels, and profitability. Establish investment and disposal plans Follow up on key metrics and propose as well as drive through corrective actions Development and implementation Develop requirement specifications in collaboration with the line organization Support procurement in supplier agreements Initiate and conduct training for technical specialists, sales, and customer centers Internal collaboration and optimization Identify opportunities to optimize machinery fleet usage across regions, customer centers, and within the group. Work closely with district managers, sales organization, and customer centers throughout Sweden WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your profile We are looking for someone who combines strong business acumen with technical insight and thrives in a role with great responsibility and many contact points. We believe you have: Experience from equipment rental, construction, industry, vehicles, or machinery sales Good understanding of machinery, applications, and technical specifications Experience with investments, calculations, and monitoring of profitability Experience working data-driven, for example with Excel or BI tools Good communication skills and experience driving change. Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written B-class driver's license Meritorious: Experience in product management, category responsibility, or fleet management Background from complex B2B operations with technical products WE OFFER At Ramirent, you become part of a market-leading player in equipment rental and an organization in strong development.
