Product Manager Assortment Analytics

Job Description We are seeking a Product Manager for Assortment Analytics to lead an assignment within analysis products for the assortment area. You will lead the Assortment Analytics team, consisting of three employees and three consultants, and be responsible for vision, roadmap, and prioritization of analysis products within the assortment area. The role includes, among other things: Lead and coordinate the team's work and deliverables Own and drive vision, roadmap, prioritization, and backlog for the analytics products Ensure quality and stability in existing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions Drive product development together with the business Contribute to increased data-driven decision-making through change management and training Collaborate with other analytics and solution teams Represent the area in various forums and presentations Qualifications Academic degree in, for example, statistics, economics, mathematics, systems science, or equivalent Experience with analytics and complex data environments Experience with product development and/or digital services Good understanding of data-driven decisions, reporting environments, and BI Experience leading and coordinating teams or larger initiatives Strong stakeholder management and experience with multiple points of contact Very good Swedish, both spoken and written Desirable Additional merit is experience in retail, assortment/article data, AI-related solutions, recommendation engines, or similar. You are confident, unpretentious, and communicative, with the ability to create structure, prioritize, and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment.
