Your Role at Us
As a Product Assistant with responsibility for claims management, you have an important role in our product department. The main focus is on ensuring efficient, structured, and professional handling of claims cases as well as supporting the organization with product-related matters.
You work closely with both internal functions and external contacts and suppliers, and contribute to developing and improving our work methods and processes in this area.
To correctly assess cases and ensure they are handled in accordance with applicable safety requirements and standards, it is advantageous if you have knowledge of taps and showers as well as an understanding of how mixers and shower systems are constructed and function. It is also valuable if you have basic electrical knowledge, particularly related to products with electrical functions such as mirrors and heated towel rails.
The position is based in Helsingborg and reports to the Design and Development Manager.
Responsibilities
Communication with internal departments and suppliers regarding claims cases
Administrative tasks related to the product department
Support to product managers in daily work
Conduct of product inspections and quality assessments
Documentation and follow-up of cases and processes
Who Are We Looking For?
You have a technical upper secondary education and may have studied further in a technical program focused on, for example, product development, plumbing, or electrical work. Alternatively, you have built equivalent competence through work experience and personal technical interest.
To succeed in the role, you have experience with one or more CAD programs and can quickly learn and work in SolidWorks, which is our primary tool. We also see that you are comfortable reading product sheets and technical documentation. If you have previously worked with claims management, product support, or technical customer service, that is highly valuable. Knowledge of CE marking and relevant regulations is also a plus.
You are structured, thorough, and have a good ability to prioritize and solve problems efficiently. You express yourself fluently in both speech and writing in Swedish and English and have excellent communication skills in both languages. You feel confident in dialogue with both internal and external parties, and as a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, and contribute energy and commitment to the team.
