Read more at www.oemautomatic.se Work Tasks OEM Automatic is now seeking a Product Manager/Procurement Officer for the Sensors & Machine Safety business area. This is a shared role between product responsibility and procurement that gives you a varied daily routine with many contact points where you are responsible for both operational procurement matters and selected product groups. You will become an important asset for the organization and will gradually build up your product knowledge through training, close collaboration with colleagues, and contact with our manufacturers. We welcome both those who are early in their careers and those with a few years of experience. What matters most to us is not that you know everything from the start, but that you are curious, structured, and want to develop with us. Your work tasks include: • Managing procurement and delivery follow-up for selected suppliers • Ensuring correct prices, product data, and inventory levels through ongoing administration and analysis • Managing existing product groups and keeping the product portfolio up to date • Supporting the organization with structure and administration related to product and procurement flows You will be part of a team that together is responsible for different product groups. The team consists of people with extensive experience and broad expertise who are happy to share their knowledge. Perhaps you work today in procurement, logistics, administration, customer support, or product-related processes. You don't need to be a specialist from the start, but you have an interest in how flows, deliveries, and product data connect and are motivated by creating stability and quality in what you do. We would like to see that you have: • Experience in procurement or understanding of how procurement processes work is a merit, but not a requirement • Good system skills and ease in learning new business systems • Good skills in Excel • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Why OEM Automatic?
