Unit Mission The unit is responsible for developing and managing digital solutions that support the Swedish Public Employment Service's operations. We are in a transformation phase where we are evolving our work methods, technical solutions, and collaborations to create greater value for the business and our users. In the IT Base Control section, various competencies work closely together, including product managers, product owners, developers, and architects. Together, we create the conditions for stable, secure, and fit-for-purpose digital solutions that meet business needs and the agency's mandate. Job Description As a product manager, you have overall responsibility for the Kontroll som stöd product. You are responsible for the product's strategic direction, vision, and roadmap, and you ensure that development aligns with business needs, the Swedish Public Employment Service's mandate, and applicable regulations. You drive the product's entire lifecycle – from operations and management to new and further development, and when relevant, discontinuation or replacement. You are responsible for coordination, prioritization, and long-term decisions and have the ability to balance strategic work with operational presence. More about working with us Basic Requirements for the Position At least 2 years of work experience with product or project management Relevant post-secondary technical education in, for example, computer science, systems science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent Current experience with strategic application responsibility including development, operations, monitoring, management, and discontinuation Current experience working in SAFe methodology with agile development trains, SCRUM, and Jira Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Additional Merits for the Position Experience managing rule-based processes Experience with project management, technical workshops, and solution-oriented cross-functional collaboration Experience working in a government agency Current experience working in ServiceNow Public sector values guide us in our daily work.
