It carries the responsibility to operate, manage, and develop the Swedish Public Employment Service's datacenters, networks, and associated hardware. It carries the responsibility to ensure a modern and reliable IT infrastructure environment that meets the organization's needs today and in the future. The product is operated by IT technicians specialized in different areas who, together with the solutions architect, develop our solutions so that we do not bind ourselves to individual suppliers and create a competent team that realizes the capabilities identified by the Swedish Public Employment Service's domain architects. The role of product manager involves overall responsibility, and the person in the role is expected to work with and drive issues ranging from lifecycle management to strategies for achieving the current technical target picture, including compliance with governing documents such as cybersecurity. The product manager collaborates with the section manager, architects, and leads the IT technicians' work at an overarching level. Basic Requirements for the Position Relevant higher education in IT or equivalent experience that we consider equivalent Current work experience from leading roles in IT Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure operations and development Experience in driving change management Fluent spoken and written Swedish (non-Swedish speakers will not be considered) Additional Merits for the Position Several years of current and relevant experience working in the datacenter and network field Technical experience with platforms and products in datacenter and networking, such as Cisco ACI, F5, and Infoblox Experience in documenting in connection with IT solution procurement, continuity plans, or other product-related communication Experience with agile working methods or equivalent working approach To fit the role, you as a person need to be initiative-taking, self-driven, and solution-oriented. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and are good at communicating both verbally and in writing. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability for the role.
