Do you want to be part of developing one of Sweden's most appreciated member offerings in the welfare sector? Vision is seeking a Product Manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our member offering and concept, ensuring that it is relevant, attractive and economically sustainable – both today and in the future. As Product Manager, you are responsible for developing, managing and optimizing Vision's collective member offering. This includes union membership as a product, our insurance portfolio, agreements with external partners, and concept ownership for specific target groups, including Vision Chef. You work strategically and drive development initiatives that strengthen Vision's appeal, member value and long-term sustainability. The role is placed within the Market and Recruitment function and involves close collaboration with the function manager, marketing manager and others within the marketing team. You also collaborate with colleagues from several other parts of the organization as well as with external suppliers. You will be a central player in ensuring that Vision offers a modern, competitive and target group-adapted offering that creates value for our over 220,000 members. Your main areas of responsibility Own and develop Vision's membership as a product, including value proposition, packaging and target group customization. Manage Vision's insurance portfolio and ensure that it is relevant, competitive and economically sustainable. Identify, negotiate and enter into agreements with external partners to broaden and strengthen Vision's member benefits. Develop and manage concepts such as Vision Chef, including target group analysis, content and offering structure. Conduct financial analyses, calculations and cost-benefit analyses to ensure that the offering is commercially and long-term sustainable. Prepare decision-making materials and recommendations based on member insights, market data and competitive analysis with organizations similar to Vision. Follow up on the effects of changes in the offering and ensure continuous improvement. We are looking for you who Have relevant academic education or equivalent experience in, for example, marketing, economics or business development. Have experience of product ownership, product development or offering development. Have a good ability to analyze financial effects, calculate profitability and assess cost structures. Have experience negotiating and entering into agreements with external suppliers and partners. Have experience working data-driven with member or customer insights, market data and competitive analysis, and with commissioning and interpreting surveys. It is a merit if you have Experience from member organizations, the nonprofit sector or union activities. Experience working with insurance offerings and solutions Experience developing, managing benefits programs and/or customer clubs. As a person, you are communicative, structured and have an easy time building good relationships. You thrive in a role where you can be creative, translate insights into concrete improvements and combine business acumen with a genuine interest in member value. Furthermore, you have a good ability to prioritize when multiple issues need to be driven in parallel. It is also important that you share Vision's values.
