About the Role As Production Manager, you are responsible for production and logistics at our facility in Kvarntorp. The role is a central part of the site's management team and combines operational leadership with strategic business development. You lead through others and develop the organization's ability to deliver safe, stable, and efficient processes. Together with your team, you drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery capability, productivity, and sustainability. We are looking for someone who thrives close to operations, has a genuine interest in chemical processes, and wants to help develop both culture and working methods. In your future role as Production Manager, you will: • Lead and develop the production and logistics organizations. • Develop and implement strategies that support the site's goals and long-term development. • Be a driving force in developing a strong safety culture where everyone feels personal responsibility – not just for their own safety but also for their colleagues'. • Own and drive the business's change and improvement agenda and ensure that new working methods create lasting results. • Develop the organization's competence through structured work on leadership, technical competence, and employee development. • Drive improvements in process stability, availability, quality, and productivity through fact-based analysis and close collaboration between production, maintenance, engineering, and logistics. • Manage budget, results, and resource planning for your area. • Ensure compliance with requirements in safety, environment, energy, quality, and productivity. • Actively contribute to the site's management team and help shape the business's future development. • Create close collaboration across functions to ensure we act as one team, regardless of role. We Believe You Have: • Several years of experience in a leadership position within the process industry. • Experience from the chemical industry or other operations with complex processes and high requirements for safety and operational reliability. • Documented experience developing operations, organizations, or working methods with lasting results. • Experience building commitment and developing safety culture in an industrial environment. • Good understanding of chemical processes and how process stability, availability, quality, and safety are interconnected. • Experience working with key performance indicators and structured improvement work. • An academic degree in engineering, chemical engineering, or similar. • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It Would Be Great If You Have: • Experience with improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods. • Experience with continuous chemical processes. • Experience with OEE, process efficiency, capacity utilization, and production loss analysis. • Experience with change management and culture development. • Experience from operations with high regulatory requirements and advanced risk management.
