About the role
As a Production Controller, you will become an important part of the planning function and work closely with production, logistics, engineering, and other business areas. The role involves translating production data into concrete insights and ensuring that production plans are followed to meet customer needs and delivery requirements.
You are responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing production planning with a focus on high efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability. đŠ
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain processes for production control and delivery tracking.
Monitor daily production output and identify and escalate potential bottlenecks.
Work as a key user in planning systems and collaborate closely with production engineering functions.
Analyze production data and prepare decision support materials for both operational and strategic issues.
Create and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure capacity and demand are balanced.
Contribute to the development and automation of processes within production planning and monitoring.
We are looking for someone who has
Experience in production control, production planning, or supply chain within the manufacturing industry.
Very strong skills in Power BI and experience building dashboards and analyses.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Power Automate.
A strong analytical mindset and good ability to translate data into business value.
Understanding of production processes and manufacturing flows.
