As a Production Controller, you will have a central role in creating control and understanding of the company's results, production costing, manufacturing costs (TVK), and inventory values. You are responsible for developing and ensuring the quality of our production costing and ensuring that the operation has the right decision-making basis to drive profitable production. Key Responsibilities Monitor performance and results against targets and budget Participate in budget and forecast processes linked to production Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (TVK) Analyze and explain price variances, costing variances, and production costs Ensure correct and transparent inventory valuation and analyze and explain discrepancies Drive analyses of product profitability and cost structure Provide support and be a discussion partner to production and management Contribute to improved work methods in costing and cost monitoring Profile You are an analytical and structured person with attention to detail and a strong ability to work data-driven. You are driven by creating insights and making decisions based on data, and with your communication and pedagogical skills, you can translate complex analyses into concrete business value in a simple and engaging way. You take initiative willingly, identify improvement opportunities, and have a strong drive to develop both processes and work methods. You thrive in an operations-focused role where you collaborate with different functions and contribute to strengthening the business. At the same time, you work meticulously and with quality-consciousness, with high integrity and a clear sense of responsibility. You are analytical and structured with a strong ability to work data-driven. Qualifications We would like you to have post-secondary education in economics, industrial economics, or equivalent. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent competence through relevant work experience in production, logistics, or related areas. We would appreciate it if you have: Several years of experience in controller work, such as Business Controller, Financial Controller, or Production Controller Experience from manufacturing industry, which is a merit Experience with cost monitoring, product costing, production monitoring, or inventory valuation Good understanding of accounting related to production Good skills in Excel and good system experience, preferably from ERP systems Experience from a medium-sized or larger manufacturing company is a merit Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written Additional Information The role is placed within the finance department and reports to the Finance Manager. The position is a permanent employment and is located at CEJN's head office in Skövde. Start date is by agreement.
