About the Role We are now looking for a Product Manager FLOW for DSV Road with placement in Jönköping. In this key role, you are responsible for developing the FLOW product in the Nordic and Baltic regions, with particular focus on Denmark, Norway, Finland, and the Baltic countries. You will be the natural contact person for our FLOW customers and work closely with both customers, sales organization, and production units to ensure profitable and sustainable transport solutions. FLOW is a product where customers are given the opportunity to consolidate multiple shipments into one transport and then distribute the goods from a terminal in the recipient country. The product creates efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable transport solutions for our customers. You will have overall responsibility for the product's development, finances, and customer relations, and be driving in the work of identifying new business opportunities and customers within the segment. Your main responsibilities: Manage and develop the FLOW product within the division Be "One Point of Contact" for FLOW customers in Sweden with exports to the Nordic and Baltic regions Drive and develop customer relationships through regular customer meetings and visits Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction Responsible for pricing, quotation work, and new customer arrangements Monitor KPIs, quality, profitability, and product results Identify and develop new FLOW business together with the traffic and sales department Lead or participate in production meetings with customers Ensure that established processes, procedures, and quality requirements are followed Responsible for financial monitoring and results analysis for FLOW Assess and monitor suppliers and sub-suppliers Initiate improvement measures to develop the product's efficiency and quality Who Are You? We would like to see that you have: Solid experience from the transport and logistics industry Good understanding of less-than-truckload cargo and transport flows Experience with pricing and business responsibility Strong analytical skills and good data proficiency A business-minded and economical way of thinking Good communication skills and experience collaborating across functional boundaries Experience in leadership or coordinating roles Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Information and Application The role is a full-time position with start date by agreement.
