Product Manager

Ready for a fresh start this fall? Seize the opportunity to become a Product Manager for some of Sweden's largest brands – Eurojackpot, Lotto, and Keno – at Svenska Spel Tur. You'll be a key player responsible for leading and driving the development of your product portfolio both in the short and long term. Together with the team, you'll ensure we deliver simple and entertaining gaming experiences for our customers, both today and in the future! What will you do? As a Product Manager, you have strategic and operational responsibility for managing and further developing your product portfolio in line with established strategy and business and brand goals. Working with the agile business team, you'll create roadmaps for your product area that you'll maintain continuously. You'll identify, take initiative, and lead development within your product area. You'll ensure the daily functionality and quality of products across both digital and physical channels as well as for our drawings. You're responsible for product-related costs and for monitoring and driving improvements to profitability within your product area. You'll also lead and participate in development projects within business, product, and service development, bringing a strong business perspective and expertise to meet our customers' demand for simple and entertaining gaming experiences. You'll collaborate closely with your agile business team as well as with other product teams and functions within the business unit, such as analytics, design, marketing and sales, IT, legal, and compliance. Are you the one? You're a commercially minded, analytical, and results-focused Product Manager with experience driving business and product development of digital and/or physical consumer products. You have a strong drive, a desire to challenge the status quo, and a clear results focus. You're good at creating structure, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects and initiatives in parallel. You enjoy building relationships and are a motivating team player with experience leading and/or working in agile, cross-functional business teams. You hold a degree in economics and business/product development at university level or equivalent. You also have at least 5 years of experience in product management or similar roles, where you've independently driven development, management, and business prioritization over time. Experience with strong brands and/or fast-moving consumer products is a plus. Industry experience is a clear advantage but not required.
