Since 1991, Travel Service has helped companies create group trips, conferences and events that people remember. We don't believe in standard solutions. Every customer, trip and conference is unique. That's why we're looking for someone who likes to think one step ahead, sees the details that make a difference and is comfortable juggling multiple parts at the same time. About the role As a producer, you're responsible for the entire process, from the initial customer dialogue and idea through booking, implementation and follow-up. You create creative concepts, maintain supplier relationships, manage logistics and ensure that every detail works when it really matters. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with structure and who draws energy from creating experiences and building long-term customer relationships. We believe you have · Experience producing and packaging group trips within the travel industry · Good geographical knowledge, especially about European destinations · Experience with group bookings in Amadeus · Good knowledge of Excel and Word · Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written If you've completed TRAC training or worked with group ticketing in Amadeus, that's a bonus.
