Senior Specialist in Service Quality and Methodology Issues (2423 11)
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. ensure the development of social service development planning documents and social service quality assessment documents;
2. evaluate the implementation of social services in accordance with concluded delegation agreements within the responsible scope and issues, provide recommendations for their improvement;
3. prepare opinions or other necessary information regarding delegated and procured social services compliance with social service quality requirements;
4. provide methodological support to social service providers within the scope of the position;
5. review resident submissions, complaints, and suggestions within the scope of the position.
Requirements for Candidates:
1. First or second cycle higher education in social work or charitable social work;
2. knowledge of regulatory acts in the field of social services;
3. C level 1st degree state language proficiency;
4. excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs;
5. desirable work experience in the field of social services, quality management, or internal control;
6. ability to work independently;
7. good communication, cooperation, and argumentation skills;
8. ability to plan and organize your own work.
