Job Responsibilities In the role of process support, you will support the entire operation, including the management team and colleagues in various work groups in both short and long-term work with assignments, investigations, monitoring of results in general, as well as in annual ongoing processes. You will conduct analyses of the operation in dialogue with managers and employees and provide suggestions for action plans. As process support, you will work toward a coordinated probation service by ensuring that local work is conducted in a uniform and quality-assured manner according to the authority's guidelines. The work includes planning, activity monitoring, and handling of assigned cases. You are expected to independently conduct investigations and analyses of various kinds and then present your own suggestions for measures. You will also be responsible for referrals and other inquiries from regional and national levels. As process support, you will participate in local, regional, and national working groups to work on operational matters. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is organized, flexible, and goal-oriented. As a person, you are analytical and have the ability to independently develop and maintain processes. Although you take responsibility for structuring your approach and driving your processes forward, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to work with multiple different actors. You are stable, see possibilities in change, and take into account the broader perspective for the benefit of the entire operation. We are looking for someone who has: - An academic degree (at least bachelor's level) in a subject area relevant to the position, such as behavioral scientist, social worker, or criminologist - Experience handling cases, conducting investigations, and preparing decisions - Knowledge and experience driving, leading, and maintaining processes with multiple actors - Experience with follow-up and analysis of operations or projects - Excellent ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish.
