Here you will have a key role in an engaged team that together is responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. In the role you will, among other things: Work with operational monitoring and contribute to a stable process Follow up and optimize processes together with the team Work both from the control room and out in the facility Participate in troubleshooting, simple maintenance and improvement work Be part of and contribute to a safe working environment The work is varied. You alternate between analysis, collaboration and practical work in the factory, while working closely with the technology and processes that make Södra Cell Värö one of the world's leading pulp mills. You will receive an introduction where you gradually learn the process together with experienced colleagues. The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Värö. The work involves shift work. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged and wants to develop in a role close to production. You don't need to know everything from the start – the right attitude and willingness to learn are important. We believe that you: Have a technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work together Enjoy collaborating and contributing to the team's results Are solution-oriented and like taking responsibility Have a strong safety mindset We would like to see that you have: Upper secondary or post-secondary education in technology/process – or equivalent experience Experience from process industry, production or similar operations is a merit It is also a merit if you have: Experience working as an operator or process technician A forklift license or experience working with machines Experience with control and regulation systems A valid driver's license (Category B) and good knowledge of Swedish are required.
