Your Responsibilities
As a process operator, you are responsible for monitoring and controlling production within your process area. You work with modern production equipment where quality, precision, and safety are central.
In this role, you will operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment, ensure that production meets the required quality standards and follows established instructions, and inspect materials and finished products.
You will report production data and any deviations, participate in improvement work, 5S initiatives, and operator maintenance, as well as prepare materials and equipment for upcoming production. An important part of the work is also contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment and collaborating closely with colleagues, production technicians, and maintenance functions.
The work is conducted in shifts, and you will be an important part of a team where collaboration, responsibility, and quality are highly valued.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment and is motivated by working carefully and methodically. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and work well with others.
We would like you to have a technical secondary education or equivalent industry experience. Experience in process industry, manufacturing, or production is desirable, as are good technical understanding and an interest in machinery and processes.
To thrive in this role, you need the ability to follow instructions, work with quality awareness, and be comfortable with basic computer skills. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of English is also an advantage, as drawings, order texts, and certain systems are partially in English.
As a person, you are engaged, take initiative, and contribute a positive attitude to your work group. You see the value in continuously developing work methods and quality together with your colleagues.
