About the position
As a process operator at Fresenius Kabi, you will be an important part of pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will be characterized by a careful, efficient, and highly quality-conscious work approach. In the role of process operator, you will work with one of the different production processes: filling, preparation, and packaging machines. The role also includes performing regular quality and safety inspections. If you have previous experience in mechanics or similar, this will be a great advantage in the work.
This is a perfect opportunity for you who are curious, driven, and want to develop within the pharmaceutical industry. If you have a technical interest or previous experience from, for example, healthcare, production, or restaurants where you are used to working at a fast pace while maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and accuracy, that is a great plus.
The assignment is full-time with placement in Uppsala. Work hours are scheduled in a 5-shift system with weekend operations or 3-shift with day, evening, and night shifts. This is a consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period and with great potential for extension. Your tasks
- Documentation of manufacturing processes in accordance with the company's operational systems.
- Participation in qualification processes and reporting of results in test protocols.
- Maintenance, cleaning, and handling of equipment, materials, and facilities according to company guidelines.
About you
We are looking for you who are passionate about details and accuracy. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and a forklift license are merits. To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have the following qualities:

Requirements for the position:
- Good spoken and written skills in Swedish and English
- Complete upper secondary education
Merits for the position:
- Previous experience with production work, work in the pharmaceutical industry, or from the restaurant and fast-food industry.
- Technical upper secondary education or equivalent higher education.
