Fresenius Kabi is now seeking engaged process operators for our production unit Manufacturing, responsible for the production of nutritional solutions and anesthetics.
Job Responsibilities
As a process operator, you will participate in and carry out all stages of the manufacturing process. You are responsible for documenting work according to current quality systems and actively contribute to improvement work. The role also includes operating and monitoring production processes, cleaning production facilities and process equipment. You perform operator maintenance and participate in training and introduction of new employees.
About You
• High school diploma with a focus on chemistry or technology, or alternatively experience from production and process environments, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a merit. You should be in good physical condition and enjoy working shifts (day, evening, night, and weekends), as the position is based on a 5-shift schedule.
You are accustomed to working at a fast pace and possess strong quality awareness with very careful execution. You are comfortable with both practical and administrative tasks. Good collaboration skills are of great importance as work is done in small teams. We are looking for someone with high ambition and driven to develop in your professional role.
About the Position
The position is a fixed-term employment on a trial basis that, after 6 months, becomes a permanent employment by agreement between the parties.
