Process Operator for Innovative and Sustainable Process Industry
Do you want to be part of developing the sustainable textile industry of the future? We are now looking for a committed process operator who wants to contribute to optimizing and developing an innovative production process in an industrial environment.
About the Position
As a process operator, you will become an important part of a team working to develop, verify, and optimize the production of next-generation textile fibers. The focus is on creating a safe, sustainable, and efficient process while preparing operations for future expansion.
Together with your colleagues, you will:
• Build knowledge about how production should be controlled and monitored.
• Participate in developing safe and efficient procedures for starting up and shutting down process equipment.
• Supply production with raw materials and handle finished products.
• Take samples and conduct analyses during production and on finished products.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance during planned shutdowns.
We Are Looking for You
• Have a high school diploma or vocational college education in industry, preferably with a focus on chemistry.
• It is advantageous if you have a few years of experience from process industry and work with process control.
As a person, you are:
• Proactive and responsible.
• Solution-oriented and enjoy problem-solving.
• Adaptable and comfortable with change.
• Team-oriented and contribute to a positive team spirit.
• Interested in development, learning, and sustainability issues.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work shifts.
The position mainly involves work in intermittent 3-shift operation.
About the Operation
The operation develops next-generation renewable and resource-efficient cellulose-based textile fibers with a focus on low environmental impact and high functionality. Through advanced process technology and a strong sustainability focus, the organization works to create positive changes in the global textile industry and contribute to a more sustainable future.
