Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a technical production environment? We are now hiring a process operator for an extended assignment in Uppsala. This position is perfect for you if you thrive on monitoring and controlling production processes, working according to procedures, and contributing to stable and safe production. About the Position As a process operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment and processes. You ensure that production meets specified parameters and quality requirements, perform sampling and documentation, and report deviations. The work involves daily follow-up according to procedures, participation in troubleshooting and improvement work, and collaboration with maintenance and quality departments. Monitor and control process equipment according to operating instructions. Perform routine inspections, sampling, and documentation in systems. Troubleshoot and address deviations, escalating to relevant functions. Participate in improvement initiatives and follow up on proposed measures. Maintain order, safety, and cleanliness according to applicable procedures and 5S standards. About You We are looking for someone who is organized, takes responsibility, and has a technical interest. You work meticulously, are accustomed to following instructions, and have the ability to make quick decisions when needed. Good collaboration skills and clear communication are important in this role.
