You work both weekdays and weekends and may occasionally be called in on short notice due to absences. This means you need to be able to get to the mill quickly. You work closely with your colleagues to manage and monitor operations at our mill. You will be part of working with renewable packaging materials for industrial and consumer products. You will contribute to us producing our quality paper on custom rolls! The main job duties consist of: Process monitoring and optimization (ensuring your area/machines work well and operate as they should). Rounds (checking and preventing technical problems). Quality assurance and improvement work (ensuring operations are conducted as efficiently and safely as possible) Collaboration with other departments (ensuring your department works well with other parts of the mill). We have process operators in both our pulp mill and paper mill. However, the job duties differ slightly. In the pulp mill, a large part of the work involves process monitoring, which takes place from our control rooms where you work at screens to monitor and optimize. In the paper mill, you work more directly with the machines, for example changing rolls, paper testing, packaging, and post-processing. About You You have: High school competence (preferably in technology or natural sciences, or other education and experience that can be deemed equivalent). B driving license. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written … and perhaps even: Training in process or operations engineering.
