Byggbetong John Dahlgren AB is a leading manufacturer of ready-mix concrete in coastal and inland areas of Västerbotten as well as parts of Ångermanland. The business has been operating for 50 years and we have become known for delivering high-quality sustainable products with great customer satisfaction.
We are now looking for a dedicated and versatile process operator who will play a key role in ensuring efficiency and quality at our concrete production facility in Luleå.
About the Company
Byggbetong was founded in 1973 by John Dahlgren and is still operated by the same owning family. Since its inception, the company has gradually expanded and we now have a total of seven facilities. We manufacture and sell ready-mix concrete to customers in the Skellefteå region, Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, as well as inland municipalities near Kristineberg, Malå, and Lycksele.
Byggbetong also has, in a subsidiary, its own concrete trucks and a hybrid concrete pump.
Our hallmark is that we have high concrete expertise and technical knowledge that makes our customers better. We have extensive experience in climate and environmental work, which means that our concrete is manufactured for use with reduced environmental impact and adapted to our northern climate.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily mix concrete for our customers via a process system. The position also includes maintenance work, sampling, and to some extent loading machine operation. Working hours are during daytime.

Your Background/Your Qualities
We want to find the right person, so great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. Qualities we highly value for this position are thoroughness, the ability to see the big picture, great drive and commitment, as well as outstanding teamwork skills.
It is advantageous if you have Class 1 and/or Class 2 concrete certification, but it is not required. If you have experience operating wheel loaders and possess mechanical knowledge, you are welcome to mention this in your application.
