This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by Orkla. Your Role As a process operator at BUBS, you will have an important and varied role in an automated production environment. You are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes while ensuring that production maintains high quality and efficiency. You will be part of a competent and conscientious team where collaboration is a given. At the same time, we are looking for someone who brings drive and initiative - someone who actively helps develop the work forward in your daily tasks. Your Responsibilities In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that production runs safely and efficiently according to Orkla's high standards. Your responsibilities include, among other things: Monitor and control production flows via computerized systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions Perform preventive maintenance and simple repairs Handle raw materials and finished products according to procedures Document operational data, deviations, and improvement suggestions Actively participate in improvement work for increased efficiency and quality Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment where structure, responsibility, and teamwork are essential, but where you are also expected to contribute with your own drive and initiative. You have experience from industrial production, for example as a process operator, machine operator, or equivalent.
