Do you want to work practically and hands-on with the pharmaceutical technology of the future? We are now seeking a process operator for our ALD R&D team who wants to be close to the equipment and contribute to the development, operation, and maintenance of advanced processes.
As a process operator within ALD R&D, you will work practically with the development, operation, and maintenance of advanced process equipment. You follow established methods while contributing to improving processes and work procedures, in a quality-controlled environment where precision, documentation, and safety are central parts of daily work.
Examples of work tasks
In this role, you will operate and monitor process equipment, perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration, and handle chemicals safely. You document your work according to applicable procedures and quality requirements, and continuously contribute to developing and improving processes and work procedures together with colleagues in a cross-functional development environment.
We are looking for you who
enjoy practical work and like working with your hands, are curious and have a strong desire to learn new technologies, processes, and work methods. You are self-driven and move your work tasks forward with limited guidance, while being thorough, structured, and quality-conscious. You have a technical interest, feel comfortable working with advanced equipment, and are solution-oriented when practical problems arise – and you have good collaboration skills.
We would like to see that you have upper secondary education in engineering, natural sciences, chemistry, industry, or equivalent, together with documented experience in following instructions, procedures, and quality requirements, as well as good computer skills and experience with documentation. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, in both speech and writing, and ideally have previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, or other regulated activities.
It is a merit if you have post-secondary education in a relevant area for this role and have practical experience with process equipment – for example vacuum technology, troubleshooting, maintenance, or calibration – preferably from the pharmaceutical, chemical, or materials technology industry, as well as experience with GMP or similar quality systems, laboratory work, pilot production, or chemical handling.
