Job Description Are you a student or do you have another primary occupation of at least 50%? We are looking for someone who wants to combine their primary occupation with extra work as a process operator. You will work on an as-needed basis, where workload may vary throughout the month. This position is part of our staffing services, which means you will be employed by Randstad but work as a consultant on assignment. You have the same benefits at Randstad as with other employers with collective agreements and benefits such as wellness contributions, occupational health services, and insurance. Start date: August/September In accordance with our collective agreement, it is important that you can provide proof of another primary occupation such as studies or other work with a scope of at least 50%. If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Sandra Enbom, Talent Manager, [email protected] Responsibilities As a process operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing process of the company's products runs smoothly. You will work on a production line and together with your work team you are responsible for carrying out planned production according to applicable procedures, instructions, and quality requirements. Your tasks include preparing and performing changeovers according to instructions. Minor maintenance of tools and equipment is also part of your responsibilities. Working hours are three-shift work, which means working during early morning (06-14), late evening (14-22), and nights (22-06). Work takes place mainly on weekdays, but weekend work may occur (06-18). You can reach the company by public transportation, but a car or bicycle is recommended. Qualifications For this position we are looking for someone who: Is a student or has another primary occupation of at least 50% Speaks and writes fluent Swedish Previous experience in industry is a merit Most importantly, we value your drive and interest in the product, quality, and the production process overall.
