About the Position In your role as a process operator, you will: Plan and start up daily production together with the work leader and other operators Ensure that the correct product is manufactured by adjusting machines, performing inspections, and monitoring the production flow Perform daily maintenance such as lubrication, minor repairs, ensuring safe manufacturing, and assisting mechanics with major repairs In your work tasks, you will also pack and fill bags with limestone and transport products to the correct location. Customers come daily to pick up finished products; when needed, you may assist with delivery. You will inspect and approve produced volume according to the company's quality assurance system and carefully maintain production reports and ensure that operations comply with quality, work, and environmental requirements. The position is full-time and you will work daily at Nordkalk's facility in Uddagården, just outside Falköping. You and your colleagues will rotate on a rolling 3-shift schedule. NOTE! Start date for the position is immediate. You will be offered employment with OnePartnerGroup and as a consultant be leased to Nordkalk, with the opportunity to be taken over by the customer. About You We are looking for someone with technical or mechanical training and genuine technical interest, combined with relevant work experience. Since the position involves a large part maintenance work, we would like you to have experience with workshop work and be familiar with working with machinery. Knowledge in electrical, pneumatics, and/or mechanics is advantageous. In this position, you need to be thorough, able to work independently but also as part of your team. You are responsive, flexible, have good organizational skills and service mindedness, and good communication skills. Since the work is largely independent, we see you as a person who takes own initiative and responsibility. Otherwise, we see you as driven and interested in building on your competence in the field. You have generally good computer skills and preferably system experience. A driver's license and a car are required for the position. Forklift and wheel loader certifications are advantageous. Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are a requirement.
