About the Role As a process operator in Stockholm, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling industrial production processes, optimizing machine settings, and ensuring stable production with a focus on quality and safety. What You'll Do Monitor and control production processes to ensure operations and quality Adjust and optimize machine settings for efficient production Conduct quality and safety inspections Troubleshoot operational disruptions and initiate measures together with the maintenance team Maintain daily reports and documentation of process status Work in shifts and collaborate closely with technical and operations colleagues Follow and contribute to improvement work for processes and work environment What You Bring Upper secondary technical education or equivalent experience from a process or industrial environment Practical experience with operations monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation Knowledge of Swedish workplace and safety regulations; certifications such as forklift license or hot work certification are advantageous Good ability to communicate in Swedish in a work setting You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and strengthen the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn at every workplace Salary and Employment Type Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or as needed/temporary employment.
