About the Role As a Process Operator, you and your colleagues are responsible for ensuring production runs safely, with the right quality, and on schedule. The work is varied and includes monitoring and optimizing production to achieve high safety and cost efficiency. In your future role as Process Operator, you will Perform process analyses Inspect the facility's physical condition and perform operator maintenance Read, follow, and practically apply operating procedures, routines, and instructions Proactively identify deviations and carry out preventive maintenance Actively participate in the development of processes and process equipment Contribute to ongoing safety efforts through documentation of deviations, safety inspections, and risk analyses Work on improvement projects according to LEAN/5S and safety principles We believe you have Completed upper secondary education, preferably in technical or natural sciences Good computer skills Class B driver's license Fluent Swedish and good English, both spoken and written It's a plus if you have Previous experience as a process operator We believe you are Someone who works structurally, goal-oriented, and meets deadlines. You take initiative, build relationships, and are responsive to others' needs. With a no-nonsense focus on the common goal, you communicate clearly and engagingly, adapting to your audience.
