Become part of us and drive change for future generations. Your Role As a process operator at Boliden Bergsöe, you contribute to both a sustainable environment and efficient production. Bergsöe is one of the Nordic leading players in lead recycling, and here you become part of the operation that transforms recycled material into an important resource for society. In your role as a process operator in lead production, you work to monitor and control processes around the shaft furnace and lead hall. The role combines process monitoring via control systems with hands-on work in the facility. The work is occasionally physically demanding and carried out in a warm process environment, which requires high safety awareness, responsibility, and good teamwork skills. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to stable production and continuous improvement work according to our methods and procedures. This position is a full-time temporary contract until January 31, 2027. Start date by agreement. Working hours are based on continuous shift rotation (6-shift system) and include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Your Team You will become part of an experienced team of 33 operators who together are responsible for lead production operations. Your immediate shift team consists of five colleagues. The group is characterized by broad experience, deep process knowledge, and strong collaboration where safety, quality, and production go hand in hand. Your Tasks Monitor and control production and equipment Carry out practical work in production Follow up on quality and report deviations Perform rounds and inspections Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance Actively participate in development and improvement work Your Contribution To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are engaged, responsible, and have a strong drive in your work. We are looking for you who have: High school education, preferably with a focus on process, industry, or technology Experience from process or manufacturing industry Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English Forklift license with authorization for counterbalance forklifts (B1) Class B driver's license It is advantageous to have a valid heavy equipment operator license and previous experience operating wheel loaders (C2).
