The department's mission is to enable residents to become independent in life so they can take an active part in society. We have undergone an exciting organizational restructuring focused on creating a more accessible social service based on three main areas: authority, first line, and housing. In addition to these main areas, there are various support functions. As a process manager/investigator, you will be part of the staff and quality unit. Within the unit there are, among other things, board secretaries, committee secretaries, administrative secretaries, lawyers, business controllers, and a manager. We are seeking two people for the role of investigator. One of these positions is specifically directed toward leading one of the department's major transitions. The other position has a broader mandate for quality work. You will be part of a group of investigators working together, although each person has primary responsibility for their respective assignments. The unit's and department's colleagues are important resources in your work. Our mission is to ensure and support the board's and department's quality work and legally sound case management. Our unit contributes specialized expertise, process management, and a holistic perspective to support core operations in their mission. Job Responsibilities Your tasks as an investigator mainly involve: - Planning and structuring overarching processes - Facilitating meetings and workshops - Driving change initiatives and creating participation - Documenting, following up, and presenting results - Environmental monitoring, gathering information and data - Analyzing, drawing conclusions, and proposing measures at a strategic level - Investigating Lex Sarah reports - Investigating and responding to referrals or other correspondence - Implementing, following up, and evaluating results - Working strategically on own, long-term assignments What We Offer We offer you varied, responsible, and stimulating work with opportunities for personal development. We are seeking someone with an academic degree in public administration, such as political science, behavioral science, social work, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. We want you to have several years of experience working in public administration, preferably in social services. You have written service statements and reports, worked strategically with change processes, and have knowledge and professional experience in systematic quality work. It is a merit if you have experience leading processes in different teams, worked in various collaboration forums, and given presentations. You also have very good knowledge of the Swedish language and are accustomed to expressing yourself well in speech and writing. You are service-oriented, pedagogical, and have good collaboration skills. Finally, you find it easy to use and learn digital systems.
