We are looking for a process manager for On Equal Terms in Bredsand-Sundsvall. On Equal Terms works in socioeconomically disadvantaged areas with a focus on impact, organization and initiatives at the individual and group level. The goal is to create sustainable solutions together with residents and collaboration partners that make a difference both in the short and long term. In your role as process manager, you drive the operation forward and coordinate initiatives in collaboration with local actors. You are responsible for developing and leading forum activities for children and young people, where their voices are heard. You initiate and build activities that are anchored in the target group's needs. An important part of the assignment is also to plan and implement our holiday initiative Vibes. The role involves both operational work close to the target group and long-term development of the operation. About the Role As a process manager, you work both operatively and strategically to develop the operation and reach children and young people. You will: Develop and drive PLV's forum activities Work with mobilization and association development Create and strengthen collaborations with local actors Support volunteers and local associations Drive advocacy work for children's rights Responsible for communication, documentation and follow-up Conduct mappings and analyses in the area Participate in and develop holiday activities Are You Our New Colleague? We are looking for someone who is driven, relationship-building and comfortable working close to the target group. You have: Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience Experience planning, leading or developing operations Experience working with children and young people's rights Experience with process management or collaboration Good digital skills (Office 365, Teams, etc.) Very good Swedish and good English It is a merit if you: Have experience collaborating with civil society or the municipality Have worked in or have good knowledge of Sundsvall/Bredsand Have engagement in associations or civil society Speak multiple languages (e.g. Arabic or Somali) As a person, you are proactive, independent and good at building trust.
