Nordic Waterproofing is seeking a Process Engineer for its facility in Höganäs. We are looking for someone with experience from the process or production industry who wants to be part of developing the business through problem-solving and improvement work.
The role combines presence and problem-solving in production with analysis and investigation work. You work closely with operators, the production manager, and other colleagues to understand how processes, equipment, and work methods function. Through observations, conversations, and data analysis, you identify improvement opportunities and then drive the work forward – from simple measures to larger initiatives and projects. Investment projects may also become part of the role.
You will be part of the factory management and gain a broad insight into the operations. Here you have the opportunity to influence both daily production and the long-term development of the factory, in close dialogue with the factory manager and other colleagues.
Your main responsibilities
Optimize and develop processes, flows, equipment, and work methods.
Map and analyze material and energy flows to identify improvement opportunities.
Analyze problems and root causes and prepare the basis for measures.
Adapt processes and equipment based on new product variants and changed requirements.
Lead or participate in investment projects and collaborate with external suppliers.

We are looking for someone with experience from the process or production industry and a good understanding of production, processes, and equipment. You have a technical education, preferably with a focus on process, production, or similar. Experience in project management or investment projects is a merit.
As a person, you are curious, structured, and analytical. You enjoy understanding connections, getting to the bottom of problems, and translating your analyses into concrete improvements. You are communicative and work well with different functions and people in the organization.
You are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing and can communicate in English.
