Now we're looking for a process engineer who wants to help develop how we work at Tarkett in Hanaskog. You'll get an important role close to production, where technology, quality, and problem-solving meet – and where your ideas can produce visible results.
We're looking for someone who wants to make an impact, develop, and gradually take on greater responsibility in quality, process technology, and project management – and eventually leadership as well.
Your Role
You'll work throughout the entire production flow – from raw materials and processing to finishing and the final product. Together with operators, production, maintenance, and other departments, you'll identify the causes of problems and drive improvements that last.
You will, among other things:
Analyze quality deviations, complaints, and process losses.
Conduct root cause analyses and follow up on corrective actions.
Identify connections between materials, machine settings, and product quality.
Develop work methods, instructions, and quality standards.
Participate in improvement projects and the introduction of new products and processes.
Contribute to a strong quality focus throughout the entire operation.

You're technically curious, analytical, and enjoy solving problems where they actually occur – out on the production floor. You take initiative, work systematically, and have the drive to take an issue all the way from problem to solution.
You collaborate easily, bring others along, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
We'd like to see that you have:
Technical education in, for example, production technology, mechanical engineering, wood technology, quality, automation, or industrial chemistry.
A strong interest in quality, production, and improvement work.
Good ability to analyze data and work in Excel.
Ability to communicate in English.
Experience from manufacturing, woodworking, finishing, Lean, or quality tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, and SPC is a plus.

For this position, we offer a monthly salary in the range of 42 000–47 000 SEK, depending on experience, skills, and how well your profile matches the job requirements.
