Process Supervisor in Social Services Authority Practice We are seeking an experienced process supervisor for a consulting assignment with a public sector organization in the Stockholm area. The assignment involves recurring supervision of practicing social workers in authority practice. The supervision should create space for reflection on professional roles, complex meetings, professional boundaries, and ethical dilemmas. It should also contribute to confidence, sustainable working methods, and well-functioning collaboration within work groups. Supervision is conducted in groups and should be practically grounded and process-oriented. The assignment is carried out on-site at the client's premises. More information about target groups, scope, and structure will be provided to candidates who advance in the process. Mandatory Requirements You must have: - Documented psychotherapeutic supervisor training - At least three years of documented experience as a supervisor - Relevant university education, such as social work, psychology, or medicine - Relevant supplementary education in psychotherapy or family therapy - Competence in CBT, psychodynamic therapy, or systemic method - Basic or qualifying psychotherapy training, formerly called step 1 and step 2, adapted to the assignment's requirements Experience in supervision within social services and authority practice is advantageous.
