Become our next process or validation engineer – and shape the quality of some of Sweden's leading pharmaceutical companies At Mpya Sci & Tech, we're now recruiting process engineers, validation engineers, and validation leads for consulting assignments with our clients in Södertälje, Stockholm, and Uppsala. As a consultant with us, you'll get variety in your assignments and the opportunity to work with several of the industry's leading pharmaceutical companies. About the Role The assignments vary depending on focus area, but what they all have in common is that you'll make a real difference in how pharmaceuticals are manufactured—today and tomorrow. The role may include the following: Process: Identify and implement improvements in production workflows Drive process development, optimization, and technical improvements Documentation according to GMP, such as CAPA, deviation management, and Change Control Serve as a process technical expert during regulatory inspections Validation: Lead and coordinate validation and qualification work for equipment, processes, and computerized systems Conduct risk analyses and develop validation strategies Plan, review, prepare, and approve qualification documentation (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ) Develop test protocols and perform qualification testing What both roles have in common is a focus on ensuring that processes and systems meet GMP/GxP requirements, which contributes to safe and sustainable projects. Who We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you have: Technical or scientific university education, for example in chemical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent, or equivalent experience Experience with process optimization, scale-up, tech transfer, qualification, or validation in a GMP- or ISO13485-regulated environment (Pharma, Biotech, Medtech) Experience with deviation investigations, CAPA and Change Control matters, and/or GAMP5 and system classification Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written We believe you're a curious person—curious about different assignments, people, and technologies. You like to drive your work forward, are proactive, and have good communication skills. An interest in technology is always an advantage!
