Process Engineer, Injection Molding (Göteborg, Skara, Färgelanda, Låssby)

Do you want to set the standard for the future of injection molding in Sweden? We are looking for a Process Engineer who wants to drive technical development, visualization, and digitalization of our machinery fleet. About the Role In the role of Process Engineer within injection molding, you will have a central and technically leading position. You will work with our factories in both Skara and Färgelanda. Your focus is on integrating manufacturing methods, ensuring product quality, and optimizing machine performance. You will become part of a strong team that currently consists of 2 people, but we are growing and more colleagues are on the way. Your Main Responsibilities Develop the machinery fleet: Develop and optimize processes for our injection molding machines (IMM). You will work with plastics, PCAB, EFBP, and material science. Set the standard: Work to visualize our machinery fleets and set a new standard for injection molding in Sweden. Lead projects: Drive industrial projects from development to serial production and evaluate new technologies. Commercial contacts: Handle contact with machine and material suppliers and support in quotation phases (RFQ). Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in injection molding and process development. You have a strong technical understanding of machines, tools, and materials. As we move toward Industry 4.0, we would appreciate it if you have a genuine interest in AI and digital solutions for self-optimizing processes. Requirements and Preferences: A few years of experience in process development within injection molding (preferably a technical engineer degree or equivalent experience). Experience leading projects from start to completion. Good knowledge of machines, tools, and materials (plastics, PCAB, EFBP). Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
