(2 vacancies for an indefinite period)
Key Duties:
supervise conditionally sentenced, conditionally released before sentence completion, conditionally released from criminal liability, and persons subject to probation supervision sentences (including person monitoring and organizing social support, including visiting probation clients at their place of residence during nighttime hours);
organize execution of community service sentences and educational compulsory measures involving community service;
prepare assessment reports upon request from court, prosecutor, or detention facility administration;
run probation programs;
organize and participate in inter-institutional meetings;
submit petitions to court and represent the State Probation Service in court.
Requirements for Candidates:
Compliance with requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law;
higher academic or second-level professional higher education;
good cooperation and communication skills;
knowledge of document management;
understanding of criminal sentence execution matters;
good Latvian language proficiency in speech and writing;
ability to use information and communication technologies;
ethics, client-oriented approach, analytical thinking, independence, results-oriented mindset;
desired B category driver's license.

monthly salary from 1247.00 EUR to 1492.00 EUR (before tax) according to individual salary criteria evaluation;
20% bonus on monthly salary and three additional working days off for work involving special risk;
35-hour work week;
vacation allowance up to 50%;
additional days off up to 9 working days, depending on work performance evaluation;
