An employee in this position performs the following functions: • maintains and cares for the territory of the Tree Canopy Trail Complex (hereinafter – TCTC) and visitor-friendly facilities located within it, is responsible for their cleanliness and order with workplace inventory; • mows green areas during the warm season; • sweeps the territory; • collects litter in the territory, changes bags in outdoor waste bins, carries waste to waste containers and maintains them, timely informs the TCTC administrator about the need for waste removal; • clears snow from pathways and stairs during winter season, spreads salt on pathways and stairs; • removes fallen trees and broken branches resulting from storms; informs the TCTC advisor about trees that pose danger to people and may collapse; • performs major cleaning of the Tree Canopy Trail Complex territory each autumn and spring; • monitors TCTC visitors to ensure compliance with order in the complex territory, in case of conflict immediately reports to the advisor (TCTC); • performs minor maintenance and housekeeping work on facilities and objects located in the territory; • when necessary, operates the disabled visitors' lift, guides them, and provides information; • continuously maintains order and keeps the TCTC information center premises clean: cleans floors, walls, furniture surfaces, windows, mirrors, sanitary facilities in accordance with hygiene requirements; • during cold season maintains the fireplace located in the TCTC information center, when necessary, lights and tends the fire with solid fuel, manages and cleans it; • assists with serving visitors and providing them with information when necessary; • in case of an accident immediately informs the TCTC advisor; • carries out other non-regular assignments and obligations from the TCTC advisor not provided in the job description, but related to the team's activities.
